Whitworth rifle?

i have heard the whitworth muzzleloader "bullets" refered to as "bolts".
if this is what Obo is refering to there is one for sale now on the CGN exchange.
a company called whitworth also put out a bolt action sporting rifle , but they would not be in the antique area.
nice rifles is you can find them, quite often in 303.

Euroarms made a reproduction but they're out of business now. The other Italian makers must have stepped up. Expect to sell your 1st born for one. I'd give my left n&t for 1 of these. My 1st born is too old to sell.
Mine, an original low-serial number Parker-Hale in excellent condition, bought by me in 1986, is for sale here in UK for what is a good price. All accessories, too. It is currently on Gunstars UK for sale at Fenland Outdoor Sports.

I have one of the modern bolt action Whitworth's. It's actually a Mauser sporter built by a company called Whitworth in England after WW2. - dan
Yes, I was meaning the hexagonal bullets being called bolts.

I used to own the one currently for sale on the E/E , and can attest to it's accuracy 
the only problem that I had when I owned it was,when I brought it to the range , Everyone wanted to shoot it , so I always didn't get as much time on it as I would have liked

did you want to have a go at it again I have no time for it ,because of the volunteer rifle you know what I like any trades??
