Who Actually Imports the Foreign Ammo??

I don't want to spend years in a federal prison with big angry looking dudes because I wanted to save $50.... LOL..
No one has tried to get Russian Ammo Certified?? Or would the cost end up putting the price pretty much the same as standard USA Rounds?
I am thinking that CanAm and Johnone (marstar) etc.. Having large capital available to purchase Surplus Munitions. Johnone (marstar) stated in a post about having *off-shore* locations.....$$$$
How does a guy(s) that put together a pot, lets say about $50K-$75K get a truckload

I'm not trying to be a jerk, but can you import some ammo that is a little more affordable?...
...I'm sure the stuff you carry is A-1 "primo" ware but it's only affordable by some of the more affluent CGN members and the ones that have a gov/police tab to use, as for myself $2+ per round for .308 ball is way out of range.
Try stuff like Winchester USA "white box" in .308 where the price is $0.75 per round or less, my guess would be that you would sell out of that stuff in no time, no matter how large a load you bring in.
