Who Built or Builds Competition or IPSC Guns in BC

Hi fellow shooters.
I am looking for the builder of IPSC guns or Competition guns in BC. I have gunsmith friend that is trying to fix a comp gun for a customer and he needs a specialized spring for the gun. It was built in BC or the western provinces. Was it Robinson or Davis or some other builder that worked on S&W semi's? Your help would be greatly appreciated. I need their name, address, and phone number to pass on to my friend.
