Who can do rebarrel work on Tikka T3 ?

Montreal but relocating to Yellowknife soon. So I wouldn't mind dropping it off in Calgary or Edmonton.

I just bought a Broughton 5C through Sean at North Shore (juanvaldez). I don't have it yet so I can't comment on his smith work, but there's no shortage of his satisfied customers on here. If you're driving from Montreal you'll have to go right past him on the way to Manitoba on Hwy 17.
