Who can manufacture me a barrel?

This is going to cost you much more than the gun is worth, but companies such as nine35 import affordable barrel blanks, and a decent gunsmith can profile and fit it. Unless you go stainless, you also need to finish the barrel. You're probably looking at $500-$750 all in.

Perhaps not with a match barrel, but a Green Mountain could be done. However relining is much more sensible, and a solution I forgot about.

I am now leaning toward just manufacturing the barrel myself, thanks for the nine35 rec

Numrich ship stuff up here regularly. Since they have the exact barrel you need it would be worth the effort to email and ask before committing to a project that may be unnecessary. Unless you want to do a project, then just carry on.
