Who can order/custom fit 'hammer forged' barrel blanks?

So, I am toying with the idea of another CX4 Storm... of course I'd like it to be Non-Restricted.

Who in Canada might have some hammer forged barrel blanks in 9x19 lying around? I know this is mostly a Euro thing - although Ruger is doing it now... am I getting my hopes up?

I've always loved the rifling in Glocks/Steyrs, etc. Thought it'd be cool to have a Storm with the same.

Any information appreciated.

Basically what I want to know is... if anyone in Canada can do it... who would that be?

It takes an extremely large manufacturer to invest in the hammer forging equipment. After market barrels will all be cut or buttoned.
