Who can re-attach a shotgun rib?

My browning superposed popped the rib (oops, steel shot in Full choke ) and I need the name of someone who can do the job without costing an arm and a leg.

You may need more than the rib fixed if you fired steel through a full choke. You probably bulged the barrel. A good gunsmith should be able to at least check the condition of the barrel. Good luck.
