One thing I didn't mention previous that may help some folks with compressed loads. . As Dogleg mentioned with compressed loads pushing the bullet back out. . I found that compressing the powder with seating the bullet to the depth I wanted sometimes caused a slight bulge on the case shoulder with some rounds a bit tight to chamber in my rifle. .
I'd pull the bullet and powder and run the case through the resizer and go again. . Then I figured out a procedure to solve this problem.
I made a tool that I use to compress the powder before I seat the bullet. . I turned down a piece of tool steel to fit into the case mouth and the other end shaped to fit up in the seating die. . Compress the powder in the case and then seat the bullet. . It works like a hot damn. I set the die for seating depth and each round the COAL is bang on the money and no shoulder bulge with the bullet nice and tight.
