Who does Warranty for Savage in Canada?

I have a bmag that shoots 14 inches low with 2 diff scopes with elevation maxed. I also replaced the bases with a rail. I am very familiar with firearms and have never had this happen. I am guessing the barrel isn’t indexed straight and will need to be warrantied.
 
Paul_T is right, don't deal with them go straight to Savage Canada. If you don't mind dealing with Quebec, I believe "Snapshots Inc" can service them too but I might be wrong on that.
 
Did either of you use savage warranty? Was the turn around time a giant wait? I sent a benelli in to stoeger canada and got it back 10 days later. That was great service.

Hi, I just sent my Savage A17 to Savage Arms (Canada) for the exact same problem.
Call 800-370-0708 and they will take care of you.
I was emailed a pre-paid UPS shipping label and off she went.
They mentioned they would either repair or replace.
This was just a couple weeks ago so have not received any information yet.
