Who has 16' complete uppers instock?

Looking for a 16' complete upper. Who has them in stock? I wanted a lefty Stag Arms unit. Does Arms East have them. I will settle for a righty. Anyone have them in stock now? No flat tops I want the carry handle version.

I know that CTM has a complete 16 inch lefty stag in stock.. but it`s a flat top...althow I need a other low so mabie we can work something out.
