As the title says, who sells the .22 conversion kits for a 92FS? For those of you that have them, have you had any problems? Is Beretta the only company that makes them?

Thanks,
Adam

I have the Ceiner kit. Supposedly not as good quality as the berretta, but I bought mine used from a gunnut, and it has worked fine. Just have to hope you never have to contact the company. I tried calling the company about getting mags for a compact 92, and his phone msg basically says.."don't bother leaving a message, becasue I won't call back." Seems like you have to send in an order and money without ever being able to talk to anyone.

you are better off buying a new .22 semi-auto, but I guess it depends on why you need the conversion kit for.
I was also interested in the Beretta kit but found it very expensive. still trying to find a good reason (a.k.a excuse) why I should buy it!

Thanks guys. I will have to keep looking, and wait for one to come up.
If I find a source (hopefully not too expensive I will post)
Thanks again,
Adam

I've a beretta .22 practise kit. It comes with LPA adjustable sights, a ten round magazine, and a mag loading tool.

Reliability is fine, no jams as long as it is lubricated a little, the safety works in the same way and has pretty much te same feel as the original 9mm 92fs. I've put 400 rounds through it in the last week, I get an average of one light strike per magazine, these always go off on the second shot.

Accuracy is so so, I guess it would group a magazine into two to three inches at ten metres.

For an IPSC shooter I consider it a valuable tool for learning trigger control, sight alignment and follow through.
