Who has a Crusader .308 rifle and how does it shoot?

Sone one posted pics of their blown up 308 Cruz on the CCFR Facebook page a few days ago. Sounded like a chamber/headspace issue, but hard to know for sure.

I saw the blow up aftermath
This cant be the only one out there. People on Reddit have reported buying the .308, but no followup.

Turns out the story of the one that blew up was because the owner decided to keep shooting it after he was told to send it back for warranty work. It was having awful accuracy issues and crusader informed the owner not to shoot it anymore and had even sent him a return slip so they could look at it….dumb people being dumb, the owner decided to “try it out again” before sending it back…
