Who has installed wood on their 8.5" grizzly?

Hey! Let's see some pictures of your 8.5" grizzly with wood furniture. I just recently picked up a nice walnut stock set from an older 870, this is going to be a cool project. The forend is going to need some trimming and fitting. How did you guys make it fit and still keep as much length as possible?

Do a search through this forum. There were several nifty pix of short shotties with wood stocks in another thread.

I picked up a cheap buttstock and fore end at the last gun show, and I'm going to get them installed as soon as I can find someone to do a nice neat job on shortening the butt. 26.5" is my goal....
