I couldn't find one in 223 (must be popular) I bought a 22-250 instead. I paid $369 for it as well. I could not be happier with it.

Dunno, maybe the price went up since the catalog was printed, worth a call I guess, however I have mine on order at the southland Canadian Tire store here in Calgary, they are one of the last CT stores that has a real gun department and hunters on staff.
