who has the best price on a Sig 226, new or CPO?

looking to pick up a Sig 226 sometime soon, prefer new but can go with CPO. regular 226 is enough, but Navy or Combat version would be nice too. who's got the best price? either 9mm or .40S&W

i could wait as long as Christmas in case some places have AMAZING sales at that time...

(i'm also checking EE for used ones at good prices...)
 
I got a BNIB P226 9mm from Al Simmons for $1079. I could have saved $80 elseware but I am strict about supporting local business. I may need them some day and find that the online box pushers have left them unfeasable. I also like to touch stuff before I buy it and will pay the extra $ to do so. They will also support the product after purchase and I need not ship it out. All the value add is worth the extra $ to me.

Saw brand new railed night sights p226 for $1060 at the Sport shop in Stettler Alberta, GREAT price if you ask me, new.
 
i bought a CPO'd from Als in Hamilton, 899 plus tax in .40. Great gun, definately not more than a thousand rounds through it, no joke. The bore is spotless, and some of the factory grease was still intact. I think with the CPO guns you have to really take a close look at them, so purchasing one used online...ehhhh...not so sure I'd go for it. I too like to be able to handle product before dropping that kind of money - but everybody as their own take on that.

The site is setup to take orders... they aren't in stock right now but it will take an order for one at the price shown and it does show an estimated delivery time. Usually delivery is less than the estimate shown. A 25% deposit is charged/required at time of order and balance is due when gun is here and ready to transfer to your name.
