Who hunts/shoots with a big bore??

I have a T/C Omega in .50 cal with a Precision Rifle breech plug and a Bushnell Elite 3200 2-7x32mm. The stock is kind of flimsy on it; Ian Roberston said he may be able to make one of his hunting stocks fit it.
I also have a medium bore, a Ruger #1H stainless with a 1" decelerator pad and a Bushnell Elite 3200 3-10x40 short mag scope. It sure as h**l does not feel like a medium bore when it goes off, but I guess that is what it would be considered.

I have shot a nice buck on the run with a 577/450 he was bedded down along a river bank he got up and started to run i did not see him bedded down in the tall grass picked a spot through the bushes and trees held for the front of his chest and got him through the heart and lung area took out his left front shoulder on the way out.... my load was 31 gr IMR3031 topped up with mec filler lee 500 gr .457 dia bullet paper patched up to fit it was about 60-70 yard shot..boy i miss that gun I now have a ballard 50/70 #4 perfection I have not been out with it other than the range but I will see what 2006 brings
