Since the rifle is in a grey area. Wondering who's still shooting them. Also any conflict or interest at the range. Still shooting my buddies but not as much as we would like

Hang on!? I was under the impression that the fascists have directed me to keep mine in my lock up and turn it into the government by such and such date or some such pantload of nazism? Promises of a lollipop or something if I comply.

I understand what people do on their own property is indeed their business, but the OP is asking about taking them to the range. Is that not jeopardizing the range somehow? Cops and other such right arm of the state guys shoot at my range and sometimes in civy drag, I don't necessarily know who's shooting next to me.

Tell me, are we in open defiance, are our ranges supporting us lifting the middle finger to the teflon turd's communist regime?

And there’s the problem. There has never been an order to keep these under lock and key. And there has been no promise to buy them back. They ARE NOT listed in the OIC, so they would not be considered to be part of the “buy-back”

The Horsemen arbitrarily changed the FRT listing for them - while admitting that the FRT is only an opinion, not law. That’s what is ssssooooo screwed up about this situation. They put out “an opinion” and expect you to lock them up, but at the same time they are not part of the OIC and there is no “promise” to reimburse the owner of any firearm not listed in the OIC

The real truth is there is no promise to compensate any owner of any banned firearm. Until our benevolent dictators are ready to turn the screws, we are all just sitting here waiting for the OIC extension to expire. And then everyone gets to decide for themselves what happens.

It is outside of the scope of responsibility of a range or its officers to determine the legal status of a firearm. The responsibility lies solely on the individual to comply with the law, and they are held solely responsible if they fail to do so.
