Who is the BEST gunsmith at restoring Antiques?

I know of a couple good gunsmiths that work on antiques but I am looking for the best Canadian restorer/refinisher. This is a no expense spared resto of an antique pistol.

I guess it depends somewhat on the type of gun. I have a WG that needs work and would be best served with a Carbonia Blue/Charcoal Blue refinish to approximate the original finish. I have been unsuccesful finding anyone in Canada who can do this type of finish. I will likely ship to Rons gun shop in Oshkosh.
