Who made this 12 guage?

Hi guys...

Does anyone know the manufacturer, model and approx value of a 12 gauge break action, double barrel shotgun? It was bought at Sears Canada in 1965. Serial # is 551xx. Marked MonteCarlo and Made in Hungary. It's in about 90-95% cond.

"FEG" is "Fegyver es Gepgyar", the name of the factory where they were made; today, FEG is known more for their handguns (especially their double-action Hi-Power clones), but they've made everything from pocket-pistols to machine-guns. A Google search for FEG can probably give you a lot more info on the history, and probably some pictures.

I did a google search on FEG before I read your last note. I do see that they are big into handguns, but I can't find much on their shotguns.
