who makes a nice K98 mounting sytem

Was wondering who makes a reputable repro mount for a 98K mainly interested in claw mounts as there are so many different types out there. Also wondering if ZRAK mounts would fit on a 98. Thanks much

Yes ZRAK Mounts fot. I have a set - I like this quick scope detach system quite a bit.. Here is an article I wrote on this system a number of years ago.
I recommend the no drill and tap long eye relief scope mount made by B-Square.
They fit on the rear sight and you can still use stripper clips.

Its a great system
Quite sturdy and only about $85 or do.

Accumounts make correct repro Turret Mounts, other sellers on ebay have LSR, SSR, Single Claw, etc for the K98, see ebay or Gunboards.

eGunparts had a zf-41 replica mount and scope. I wish they still did. No permanent modifications required. I hadn't noticed they had it until recently. Sold out of course.
