I've asked Barry Jensen of Bits of Pieces in BC to make a "restricted" barrel for a S&W self-loader. It's taken a long time, but he does nice work. He rebarreled a S&W revolver for me and has done a couple of other projects. On his website there are photos of a CZ 27 he rebarreled and rechambered for .380. I know he'd do a fine job.
