I see Canada Ammo advertises Dominion Arms 556 carbines for $599 incl. 2 steel mags. Where are these made and how good/bad are they ? Thanks for any info.
 
Chinese made by Norinco. Dominion Arms is the house name for Canada Ammo. They shoot fine and will go bang every time you pull the trigger. They dont look all that pretty though. For what you pay its ok deal.

However for me at this point in time the deals on the Colts and DD AR's are simply to good to spend money on Norinco rifles. Pay the extra 400$ and get something that much better. Once the sales are done, paying the 600$ for a Norinco or DA will make more sense.

Its Canadaammo.com in house brand. I've shot about 200 rounds through mine while it was raining. Cleaned it up good after use and shot another 300 through it a couple weeks later and no issues at all so far.

It comes dripping in a sealed plastic bag dripping in oil so as soon as you open it you got a good hour of cleaning or so to do but for the price its a great deal and I'm very happy with my purchase
