This is going to be my first purchase when I get back to work! Wood and matte stainless myself. Very interested in any replies too.

It's an SX3 what more explanation do you need. It's an awesome shotgun and will never fail you if you take care of it.
Will cycle anything you put in it. I was planning on picking one up in 20G but couldn't pass up that 20G Winchester 1300 upland on the EE. Gorgeous gun.

If you are using it in salt conditions just pull it apart and wipe it down after use. The receivers are aluminum so no need to worry bout rust on that. Just make sure you oil trigger group and bolt. Only takes 5 min to pull the gun apart to clean it.

I don't know about the 20g but my 12g SX3 is a fantastic shotgun. One of my favotite gun purchases. It has the perfect fit for me, (other than the Benelli M2) and with the sims, it is adjustable for drop and cast.

No regrets buying it.

And it has cycled everything I put through it, even the cheap low brass winchester shells from Wal Mart.

I have a friend who owns one and I would love to get it from him but he won't part with it, I'd probably go with the flat black just because his SX3 and my SXP are both starting to have some chips in the camo finish.
Other then that he has just shy of 1100 rounds through his since last June with no malfunctions and only regular maintenance, as in clean it after shooting it. I'm debating between an SX3 compact field or the weatherby SA-08 in 12 gauge for my girlfriend once I get back to work.

Lmao that's no good it makes it too easy lol I have asked local guy if he could get the waterfowl one in so it won't be too long and I'll have review of own

The Doveonator 14hrs, 15,208 doves, 16,575 rounds fired 18 birds per minute using 4. SX3"s. 20ga. 4 guys loading and handing him the guns enough said !!! There isn"t a bennelli, or a berretta or any other auto in any ga. That will match those numbers Just Buy It

Yes sir that would seal the deal for me. I have a x3 12ga and it has never given me any problems.

I've heard about the duracoat finish on plastic-fantastic Winchesters chip or wear off. So get good old wood then.
Other than that, action is phenomenally fast, gas pistol is similar to the one in Browning Gold. So it'll cycle well pretty much everything but for the lightest possible loads.

I have the Older duracoat MODB version and any chips that are on it are so tiny and minute they blend back in with the camo anyhow. If you're buying a camo gun you are buying it to be a working gun not a pretty can't get no dings on her type of gun.

Better than any of the Beretta, bennelli guns, the dip process they use seems to flake off when they chip.
