who repairs marlin in canada?

Hi ,
Got a marlin 1897 texan in 22 , got some major issues with extraction , who does marlins repair work in canada?
went to marlins home page , there haven't even got an email address to contact them with?

Mind you, there's no Model 1897 Texan on Marlin's site. If your rifle is more than 5 years old, you'd best take it to any smithy. It's out of warrantee.
 
Marlin 1897 Texan = Marlin 39AS w/ straight stock.

This gun is pretty easy to work on since its a take down model. Is it failing to extract or is it failing to eject?
 
failing to eject

the gun only ejects about 405 of the fired cases regularly.
there is a thead on RFC that is very similiar to what my gun is doing .My rifle is a special edition that was made in 2002, 20 inch octagon barrel strait stock , very nice , only if I had the ejection problem fixed
