Who repairs non-Leupold scopes in Canada?

I picked up an old (Japanese built) Nightforce scope and it has debris inside the tube.

Is there anyone in Canada who can clean it up internally?
 
Problem solved - Lightforce USA OK'd sending it to them for an internal cleaning. :)

Update: Have been advised by Lightforce USA that the scope is a fake and not genuine. They will be keeping it for destruction having offered a $400 credit towards one of their NXS scopes. I've always wanted an NXS scope, so one will be going on one of the gopher rifles in the near future. All in all, Lightforce was very fair and a pleasure to deal with. Too bad the scope wasn't the real thing - it looked pretty good.
