And how do I contact them? I waited seven months to receive a left handed X-Bolt in the very exotic .30-06 caliber only to discover it has a faulty extractor. When I returned it to my retailer in Vancouver I was told it was a warranty claim and the part would come in , "when it comes in...". I've since ordered and imported an extractor (at no small cost) from Numrich, only to be told by my retailer that I had a right hand extractor for my left handed rifle. (I should have clarified when I ordered it, I know) I asked my retailer if the part had been ordered when then flaw was noted - the shop is the warranty service center for Browning in Western Canada and I was told that it wasn't a priority because hunting season was a long way off and that they were just too busy over the Christmas season to get around to it. I'd like to take matters into my own hands and relieve the shop of my obviously tiresome little problem. Does any body know whom I should contact to get this part?

I cannot help as my feeding issue regarding the X- Bolt was dealt with at the dealer level.... replacement of rifle.
However there is a guy in Manitoba ( gt russell ) who is certain to show up soon and is more than helpful. ( rolleyes )

Re-read your post, you want parts. Then you need a repair depot. Several in Canada. Call there head office first as it may be covered by warranty
