Who sell Rainier arms?

Looking for a Rainier Arms BCG - Nickel Boron and a Rainier Arms UltraMatch™ .223 Wylde Barrel - 20 SDM (xmas gift from me to me) where can I get those in Canada?? And should I wait to get both at the same time to have the bolt matched to the barrel(headspace)?

Having the bolt matched to the barrel is completely unnecessary. Unless you're a world class precision shooter and have access to a 1000+ meters restricted shooting range.
