Who sells 10/22 takedown in black?

A 10/22 is at the top of my list, I'm currently leaning toward the takedown model. I've checked a couple sponsors, and they sell the takedown with stainless(all seem to be out of stock though), but haven't found any that sell the 'satin black' threaded barrel model. Are these available in Canada? How is 10/22 availability in general?(I know there are quite a few used available, I mean new)
