who sells buckmark barrels?

have a nice little urx buckmark but the gun wont shoot very well. as i prefer the grip over the ruger i really would like to keep it instead of trading it in. tried all different sorts of ammo, shot it when dirty, shot it when clean, the sights are tight, and the chamber looks fine. im almost at a loss.....my norinco m93 shoots rings around it, let alone my other 22 revolvers. any ideas where in canada i can get a new barrel and do a swap out?

If you can't get a new barrel and if the gun can't match the groups from other guns you have then maybe have a smith look into slugging the barrel and perhaps doing a better quality muzzle crowning job.
