Who sells KROIL in B.C.?

Did a search and there are stores in Alberta that sell KROIL. For just one can shipping would be high, so dose anyone know who sells it in B.C. , especially Vancouver Island or Greater Vancouver.

Powder Keg in Kamloops had some. No one will ship it from the states, there's some kind of restriction on it.

I found it in machine shop supply stores. It is just a penetrating oil.
