Hey y'all, I need to get my rifle together before taking off next friday, I picked up a scope yesterday finally, and Im finding the tube isnt long for the scope mounts that are on the rifle, plus they are weaver rail not picatinny, which is what the rings are.
So, I need to find a picatinny (not weaver) rail for a savage model 16 short action within a week. Separate bases will likely not work, the weavers that are on it have the notch towards each other, and there is still too much width between them.
So any EGW dealers near calgary or from BC to sask? Im putting things together last minute as usual, so, any dealers dont be modest, post up if you see this!

Edit, is there anyone in calgary who will lap 30mm rings? Without a 3 month waiting list to boot?
