If you have tried all the sponsors at the top of this page. You could try www. brownells.com they will send some things to CANADA. If they won't ship to you ,I have ordered some restricted things in the past from BROWNELL'S through ARMCO ( www.armco-guns.com ) he orders from them regularly , whereas I just wanted a .45-70 barrel and didn't want to go through all the import/export permit thing. Worth a try.
