Who sells the "buffer-dampen-bolt" for the 10/22?

Hi guys,

quick question... I remember ready a long time about someone in the forum who sells the "plastic/rubber bolts" that run through the receiver and stop the bolt on recoil (dampen it).

Who was it?

Ask him for a bolt buffer, thats what they are known as.
