Who sells WBY Vanguard synthetic rifles?

That works out perfectly with the CRF that works upside down.

The scope weighs 2.4 ounces more, and is the same length and diameter as a 3.5-10 x 40 VX3 which is practically iconic. It mounts in low rings.Speaking of rings, I could save more weight than that by changing them. When a rifle, cartridge and range deserves more 10 power and fixed parallax its a logical step up.

Horizontally is where it's at. Anything else smacks of poor planning. I think I have 7 of them. Well I know I have at least 7 of them, there might be more but I don't feel like counting. 3 are on Kimbers.

I have 8 or 9 of the VX-3 3.5-10X40 B&C scopes, they are my favourite hunting scopes, also have half a dozen of the VX-3 2.5-8X36 B&C scopes... they are excellent too.

Kimber Montana 8400 270 wsm is 6lb 3oz according to Kimber website.

The 3.5-10 x 40 B&C is my go-to scope on general purpose zero to 500 rifles. Much past that i like a little more Xs and an SF.

LOP is 13 1/2" or a tiny bit less. I weighed it on a couple scales and came up with 6.5 and 6.6 pounds.

Weighed mine today and the both sit at 7 1/4#
