Okay which one of you Red Necks from the Winnipeg area shot Winnipeg Willow the Ground Hog? The weather forecast for the remainder of the winter by Environment Canada is now in jeopardy due to the demise of poor old Willow. Apparently old Willow was found belly up in her pen carrot in hand. The exact cause of death was not released but there is rumor it was a snipers bullet.
