M1 Garand lovers:
Just landed a stock set (Boyd's) from these vendors in Arizona. Fabulous bunch to deal with. They were directed to me by the Boyd Brothers staff (phone call to them).
Currently (Dec 2007) the Boyd Brothers folks are back ordered (need to make more) for their stock sets and that's how I ended up with this kind vendor.

Of course I modified the 'hotlink' as per CGNutz rules.
Now before someone flames me on the importation rules... IIRC the M1 Garand ain't on the US State Dept export restricted list. If it is, I would appreciate the enlightenment so none of us violate CGNutz rules on 'Discussion of illegal activities.'
I hope this source helps you restore your old beater wood to a nice fondling walnut stock set. YEAH, the stock set is ALREADY Finished, stained and nice and tight on the drop-in stage of the upgrade process.
Typical Boyd Brothers FAT diameter/feel / profile.
Peace B 2 Journey,
Barney
