Who would you ask to install sights on a Rem 700 for you?

Just wanted to ask for recommendations on a good smith to carry this out, with a decent turnaround time (I know it takes what it takes and hunting season approaches!)

Need to have some irons installed on a Rem. 700. Factory Remington sights, just needs the holes drilled.

Who would you recommend?

(Quebec here but I don't mind shipping out)

I get a bit of a kick from the OP's statement, "just needs the holes drilled." sound so easy... but missing the importance of location of 4 holes and the squareness to each other and to the action... and precise tapping...
