Who would you recommend?

Thinking about re-working a Colt upper I have and looking to have the barrel assembly swapped over to a flat-top upper, a full float hand guard, and a low rise gas block installed. Could you guys make a few recommendations on who could do a good job? I've never had any of my AR's "smithed" before and I don't want to do the job myself.

Casey at Tac Ord has a great reputation - where abouts are you, it would make it easier to suggest a reputable 'smith in your area.

I'm in Nova Scotia and there's basically no gunsmith here that knows anything about them or has had much to do with them.

Tac Ord is in Ontario, so not too bad, the other guys that come to mind are in BC.
