Been waiting for damn near a year for these to show up in Canada. Couldn't wait any longer - guess it's either a late Christmas gift to myself, or a very early one.

Hoping to have it for next weekend.

Wholesale has bought out all of the Ruger handguns that the distributor, Inland, had in stock. Might be a while before anymore come in.

I know they had them on order since July, and are just getting them now.

Big Mike, I don't think Ruger's making the New Vaquero with a bird's head grip (yet). If they do, a 4-3/4" stainless in 357 would be damn nice.

The Wholesale Sports in Lethbrige has a New Vaquero in .45LC. It's a nice gun. It seems a lot tighter than the old Vaquero. In my opinion, the old ones had too much slop between the cylinder and the base pin. The weight and balance are nicer too. I think it was selling for $589. Good deal.
