Has anyone priced targets from lawry or white flyer lately? I mean in terms of skids worth, not the price at crappy tire. Rumor has it supplies are low and the price is set to jump significantly.
 
bought skids with one of our members and we paid around $50 per flat for Winchester super loads.
Clever Mirage were around $65 dollars per flat..
but i wouldnt know how much it would cost atm.
 
Prices are up $1.50 per case and targets are in very short supply. There was a fire at the pitch supplier for the east side of the continent. The result has been that many clubs are doubling or tripling their purchases to make sure they have a supply for the season. The price increase has been blamed on the cost of transportation. The supply side is expected to get back to normal in a month or so ... price will stay up or perhaps go higher in the coming months (last part is my guess). I suggest you contact your supplier asap to make sure you get some when you need them.

Thanks, thats very helpful. We bought more than usual last summer when the price was good, and we have about 6 months supply left. I am thinking we will hang tight and see where the price is at in the fall. At a $1.50 a case increase, I think we would be looking at a rate increase at our club :-(
