Chou Brothers Precision they are in Ontario too but they usually have a few month backlog
Insite Arms in Alberta if you are willing to ship it out but they are also very busy
Both Chou Brothers and Insite Arms are excellent to talk to can't go wrong either way.

^^^^ These guys.......Plus Casey at Tacord and Keith Cunningham at Milcun.
But as mentioned, the top smiths/builders are usually very busy and can have a long wait period..........sometimes 3 or 6 months to a year.........

Well, friend of mine Mick McPhee is no longer with us.
He was the best of them all target rifle builders and superb barrel maker.
So busy he was in latter years that he refused to build hunting guns all together but made couple of
exemptions for me....
I understand that Brno284 did buy fully operational WWII era rifling machine from his estate two years ago
but no new barrels are produced.... I will see him at Kamloops show and inquire about it.
