Whose IPSC?

I was finallizing the transfer of a revolver with the CFC and the lady asks me what is the purpose of the firearm?

I told her "I am going to shoot IPSC with it."

There was a long pause and she asked me "whose IPSC?"

he was talking to the CFC, not CFO....(in NB the CFO does up the ATT). CFC start the transfers.
