So I am curious as to why 30 carbine is offered? Yea I think its cool, but I am not aware of why it would make sense from the Russian perspective. They didn't have m1's so just curious….

The US is a big customer and I could imagine they have a few m1 carbines down there.

they made 7 million plus military m1 carbines and there were several companies making commercial ones too so there are lots out there

It s fricken awesome pistol cartridge, if you have a flinching problem one of these will either cure it or make it a whole lot worse. Huge concussion, not a lot of recoil super fun!
Glad there are companies responding to the market.

I have a carbine M1 and a Ruger in .30cal .... I haven't tried Tula Ammo yet .... if someone has, I would like to hear the results (Sellier and Bellot is giving me problems in the revolver, cartridge expands and empty gets stuck after firing)

X2 I have one of each as well Ruger and M1 carbine . The revolver has a real crisp snap to it . Haven't got to use them much yet as I got them in the fall and live way up north in the Yukon so won't get out t'ill april or so . but I'd like to hear about the Tula ammo . I was thinking of getting some 9mm but read in one test they had a number of FTF's in one batch . On a positive note I have put 24 or so rounds of American eagle through the Ruger with no ejecting problems .

30 Carbine is a great cartridge, like a 357 magnum full load with vastly superior ballistics. Highly under rated, tons of fun and in the carbine a fantastic light rifle/round combination.
