Why can't I do that? Guy Skinning a deer in under two minutes

2 hours to gut and skin a deer? Wow. Meticulous are we?

It takes me about 10-15 minutes to gut one and about 30 minutes to skin one. I don't consider myself to be very fast.

On the other hand, I save the beer for later and never cut my hands... :)

Butchering? That's another story. I started butchering my second mulie buck of the season yesterday at around 3:30pm. The wife helped me finish up the vacuum-packing at around 8pm! There was both beer and wine involved in that one! Oh, and a 45 minute pizza break ;)
