I see that they were deleted by Vault but rather than speculating on why I was wondering if Vault would let us know the reasoning...any info is appreciated. And for all the naysayers please don't turn this into a flame out! Let's keep it informative...

really? maybe because the threads were named in reguards to being approved for shipping etc and now that the guns are in the country vault doesnt see any reason to keep them up???? but for informative purposes it would make sense to have left them up

Naw...it's all good...Vault replied in the other soon-to-be-deleted thread. Looks like they'll be moving to their own forum on their website...nothing nefarious.

I agree, it would make sense to leave them here...even of only to point people in the direction of their own forum. Maybe they think the collection of whiny trolls that thread collected will disappear? Fat chance!

Maybe we ought to build a bridge....;)

Why? Trying to get someone's goat? :D

Really...it won't matter in the long run as we all end up getting our Kel-Tec addiction fed. It would be nice to keep the thread so that we could always look back and see what keeners we were...but that's just me.

Well, according to the guys at Reliable, I just bought the first Kel-Tec in Canada! as soon as I get a chance I'm gonna pull off the composite forearm and machine something aluminum and wraparound for it!

Hmmm...there was someone already at Wanstalls when I got there...he beat me to the punch...but no worries...the RFB is awesome!

RFB at Reliable Gun

The first shipment of Kel Tec RFBs in Canada was only a few units. However, Reliable Gun in Vancouver is keeping a display model for potential buyers to ogle. If they like what they see in the display model, they can plunk down a deposit and reserve a spot for upcoming shipments. Apparently, the next shipment will be in January and then more to follow after that. The price of the Kel Tec RFB Canadian model is apparently $2399.99 + tax. It is a non-restricted semi-auto .308 bullpup, which is about 27" long and has no muzzle break. There is quite a bit of meat on the barrel, so it should be no problem to thread it if you feel a muzzle break is wanted. It is fully ambidextrous. The weight is about 8 lbs. The balance is excellent. It is one mean machine!

Reliable also has some Sub 2000s for sale. They are a folding, non-restricted 9mm carbine that uses pistol magazines. There are 2 models: 1 uses Glock mags and the other uses Beretta mags. The price is $650. There were 6 left for sale as of closing time today: 4 Glock style and 2 Beretta style.
