Why i can not post reply in pistol exchange forum

Hi Guys,
i am noob or icould be doing something wrong but when ever i try to post reply in pistol and revlover exchange forum, i get followinf message.

you have to go to your user cp control panel at the top left under the ads and then you have to join the ee group and that should do it
