Why is this Anschutz Model 190 worth so much?

I have a model 190 Anschutz that is slightly different, it's not marked CIL anywhere and has a step in the barrel just in front of the action. It's also still has the rubber eye cup and is in mint shape - no big scratches like the one on the web page.

Is this rifle actually worth almost $800 bucks or is this guy smoking crack?

Mint condition you may be able to flog it for $500, tops. I sure someone will
jump in now & say "not even that much!"

Most of the one I've seen go for about $300 with the sight (If it's really-really nice and comes with a sling $450) sold mine for $275 last year.

I have sold 4 of these rifles in the past 3 years. The one I had was in mint condition and it went for 450.00 the other three were in good condition, including one with a left had stock and they went for around 350-400.
