Wife Likes Guns, but not in the house (storage question)

Interestingly enough, yesterday was our 3rd anniversary and the wife has pulled a 180. She gave me;

1. Gun case (1st 10/22 arrived 2 days ago.)
2. Cleaning kit (she was in the reserves and loved cleaning her rifle.)
3. 8 gun storage unit. (hell, she assembled it herself!
4. big furry russian hat (guess I better get an SKS now)

So, she has made some big steps forward. At alot of dinner parties I have been gently guiding conversation to hunting and guns, and the opinions of many whom she thought would not have been interested or accepting of the hobby, were. This was a huge eye opener for her.

So for anyone else in a similar situation (see OP) if you keep your cool and expose the resistant party (see:wife) to examples of safe gun hobbyists from all walks of life, things will work out in the end.

Mauser so happy to hear a positive ending to this :D

Unless she has a licence appropriate for the stored firearms this would be illegal.

Frankly even if she did, I'd rather store them at my brother's than need another party's "favour" to access my own property.

Should note, I was going by the assumption that she would have her PAL/RPAL too, as Mauser mentioned they were getting them together.
