wild game butcher in GTA?

hi, do you know someone you want to recommend?
going out for moose in 2 days and want to make I know someone close by. my original butcher is in Peterborough.

Do it yourself... you will be happier with the end product. Most butchers that I've delt with are so rushed during hunting season that the quality of thier work sucks. It really is not hard to do, just get some knifes and a good sized work surface and have at it. I do it in the garage with large board that attached to a workmate and I cover that in butchers paper. You will want a good hambuger grinder to, hambuger is easy ;)
 
yeah, I wasn't too impressed with the deer cuts from last year, but unfortunately I dont have space to do it, otherwise would have definetly done it myself
