Just a heads up to anyone who wants to spruce up their marlin. I put the bear proof extractor, aluminum mag follower and the trigger happy kit in mine and WOW! crisp clean trigger pull, 0 creep. The extractor pops the bolt out nice and smooth and the mag follower is top notch. Highly recommended. I got all the parts form brownells.

The WWG one piece trigger is a great mod and breaks very light and crisp.

I had Corlane Sports in Dawson Creek bring in the Wild West trigger and bear-proof ejector for my 1895 about a year back.

The trigger is definitely an improvement, great little unit.
